Southern Death Threat is a hard hitting groove metal band that can play the heavy stuff and quickly tone it down to southern rock.
Things really stated to heat up when they met local CFOX DJ Todd Hancock. "Todd is a great supporter and good friend of the band. He's helped us the most and I'm forever grateful to him." says Eyles. SDT is managed by "He Shoots He Scores Entertainment Inc" based out of Vancouver (comprised of Vancouver Radio Veteran Todd Hancock and Theory of a Deadman's guitarist Dave Brenner)
SDT had a solid performance at Xfest 3 in Aug 2009, have shared the stage with Our Lady Peace, Marianas Trench, Powerman 5000, Drowning Pool, Zimmers Hole, Sloan, Thornley and many great local acts.
